Assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation to prevent recurrence
Initial consultation
£100
Initial appointments last up to 1 hour.
A full history will be taken, followed by a detailed assessment and then discussion on diagnosis and the treatment plan. I will then start treatment in this appointment and a rehabilitation plan will be structured to get you back to health, and prevent recurrence.
Follow-up consultation
£100
Follow up sessions last between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
This allows for a progress check, further treatment and progressing your rehabilitation plan.
Home visit - initial and follow up consultations

Assessment and treatment can be arranged at your own home.
Please contact me directly to discuss your specific requirements.
These appointment times also allow for detailed medical notes to be maintained.

Medical insurance partners
If your insurance company is not listed, please contact me to confirm that I am registered with them.
Please contact your insurance company before arranging an appointment in case you need them to authorise your treatment. They may give you an authorisation number or information regarding the number of sessions you are able to have.
Some insurance companies also require a referral from a Doctor - please check with your insurer if this is required.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, please contact me to let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged and invoiced as per the appointment booked.
